Who Am I?

I left a career in corporate finance to travel the world and spread awareness for mental and physical wellness through travel and movement. With a number of certifications in Yoga, Fitness, Dance, and Aquatics, I share my knowledge & experiences to help you transform into the best version of yourself. Turn viewers into dreamers, and dreamers into travelers. Transform pain and fear into love and wisdom as the foundation of your own evolution. Aligned with the Water element, I embody fluidity, depth, and resilience to teach you how to adapt and find calm in the chaos of daily life.

Going to India as a Yoga Teacher, but India Had Other Plans

    April 14, 2026 /

There are journeys we plan, and there are journeys that feel as though they have been waiting for us. Teachers Are Also Learning: Why Teaching Is the Most Important Profession Ever

    April 6, 2025 /

As I sit in front of a class, prepared with a rhythmic sequence to teach yoga, I am learning just as much as my students are. That’s how I decide on the speed that I teach, and the cues that I use. No amount of research or practice can fully prepare me…
